Schedule Overview

If you want to get an overview of several schedules at the same time, you can use the function "Schedule Overview" in the bottom left-hand corner. Alternatively, you can also bring up the menu by pressing the "S"-key on your keyboard.

Here, you can view the combination of two or more schedules for either staff, students, or locations. You choose either a daily or weekly view at the top left side corner and select the dates for the overview at the right-side corner. The maximum view horizontally are four schedules. If there are more than four schedules selected, the remaining will appear below the first four.

The schedule overview can be used anywhere in Docendo as it functions like an overlay you can pull up, rather than taking you to a seperate page. Thus, you can make use of the function anytime without interrupting the work your are currently doing, for instance when you are scheduling courses for a class or planning a staff meeting in “Other calendars”.

If you have created groups with tags to the staff, you can choose to show schedules for the whole group. For example, math teachers or substitutes. (See “Groups” for more information about groups and tags).
