Show today's absent teachers - also on info screen

If you need a daily overview of the absence and substitutes, you find this in the "Substitutes" menu at the top of the page and selecting “Substitutes today” or “Absent today”. These two pages provide an overview of the teachers that are absent, and which substitutes that are being used for the specific hours and grades.

If the school uses an info screen, there is a display created for this, which includes the absent today and substitutes. You find the link to this display in the cogwheel at the top menu, then selecting “External view” and finally “Today's absent teachers” where you will find a link. When the link is copied you can insert it to the info screen display your school uses.

Note: The display will automatically be updated. Thus, the newest changes will always be visible as the dates automatically change.
