Adding absence in your own calendar

As an alternative to registering absence in the “Substitute” function, each staff member has the ability to schedule absence directly in their own calendar. This can be done by going to your own Staff calendar and clicking “Absence”. From here you can drag and drop the different reasons for absence to be scheduled in the calendar. The affected teaching hours within this time period will automatically appear in the function “Substitute”.

The cause of absence has to be created in “Substitutes” before it can be used as a cause in the staff members’ own calendar.
